Coming up we have a super heavyweight kickboxing rules bout between Mr Ripley (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Craig David (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ripley comes to the ring accompanied by The Talented Mr. Ripley - Tu Vuo' Fa l'Americano . David has chosen Craig David - Rise and Fall as his entrance music. Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ripley misses with a wild combination.
Ripley lands a jab to the head.

It looks like Craig David has been cut.
Ripley misses with a jab, cross combination.
Ripley lands with a shot to the body.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Ripley throws a combination but it was largely blocked by David.
David dodges the punch combination from Ripley.
Sloppy strikes from Ripley. Those never looked like landing.
David avoids the head kick by Ripley.
David throws a series of punches but Ripley moves out of range.
A right-left combo lands from David.

It looks like Mr Ripley has been cut.
Ripley swats away the attempt to clinch by David.
Ripley throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

Ripley wants to clinch.
Ripley throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and David connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
David showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Ripley.

Ripley moves into range and clinches up with David.
David is trying to break the clinch but Ripley is controlling him.
David wants to get back to striking at distance but Ripley won't allow it.
David wants to break free but Ripley has control.

David's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Ripley misses with a leg kick
and Ripley takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
David is looking to clinch.
David avoids the head kick by Ripley.
Ripley misses with a double jab
and David counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Some wild striking there from Ripley.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
David has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Ripley finds it's way round the side to connect with David's head.
Ripley throws a wild combination but nothing lands.

David scores with a jab and follows up with an uppercut that drops Ripley to his knees! He bounces straight back to his feet but is forced to take the mandatory standing 8 count before he's allowed to continue. We're back under way and the fighters meet in the middle of the canvas to re-engage.
David misses with a low kick.
Ripley misses with a head kick.
Ripley throws a right hand that David ducks under and follows up with a left that David also avoids with ease.
Ripley fails to land with a series of punches.
Ripley looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Ripley looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Mr Ripley seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A head kick misses from Ripley.

Ripley closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the ropes.

David breaks the clinch.
David tries to close the distance and clinch but Ripley swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Ripley rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but David moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

That's three minutes gone in the round.

David closes the distance and scores with a big combo that sends Ripley crashing to the mat! Ripley uses the ropes to get back to his feet and beat the count. The referee looks concerned but he's going to allow it to continue!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Ripley lands a body shot.
Ripley lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but David circles away quickly and effectively.
Ripley is breathing heavily.
The crowd cheers as Ripley lands an impressive looking overhand right. David doesn't seem phased though.
David rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Ripley moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Ripley throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.
Ripley falls off balance throwing a combination
and as Ripley takes a moment to reset, David counters with a massive combo! Right, left, right! Ripley goes down! He's in big trouble, can he recover? 3,4,5,6,7,8,9....10. He's out! David is your winner!

Craig David really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that Das Labor logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.
