Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Morgan Vinson!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Reginald Thornbury!
The judges for this bout are Skip Squint, Steve Erwin and Winston Howard.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Thornbury uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Vinson has time to react.
Vinson throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Thornbury's waist but Thornbury gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Vinson off to one side.
Vinson throws a wild hook but Thornbury just manages to duck under it and - ooooh! Vinson gets nailed by a brutal uppercut which crumples him back against the cage! The referee jumps in - Thornbury raises his hands in celebration and walks away!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:10 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Reginald Thornbury!
