PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Noel Zombie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Angus MacAngus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Zombie comes to the cage accompanied by Rob Zombie - Dead Girl Superstar. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
MacAngus shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Zombie as he avoids it easily.

MacAngus wants to pass the guard but Zombie is defending well.
Zombie is looking to escape.

Zombie wants to get back to his feet.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Zombie throws a body punch but MacAngus moves out of range.
Zombie lands the left hand.

It looks like Angus MacAngus has been cut.
MacAngus walks into a left hand.
Zombie tries to close the distance and clinch up but MacAngus swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Zombie scores with a punch to the head.
Zombie throws a head kick that lands with a deafening thwack! The crowd roars as MacAngus stumbles backwards and falls to the mat. Zombie follows into mount!

MacAngus is rocked!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
MacAngus slips a leg in and gets back to half guard.
MacAngus wants to get back to full guard.

MacAngus looking to work for a kimura from the bottom.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Zombie wants to stand but MacAngus has hold of a leg and an arm, so he's trapped for now.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
MacAngus is pressing down on Zombie's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.
Zombie won't allow MacAngus to sweep him here.

MacAngus has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Zombie should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, MacAngus has tightened it up now! Zombie should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
