Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
13 - 6 - 0, fighting out of London, Kimbo Slice Jr!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
16 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Jared Listen!
The judges for this bout are Anni Minnemäki, Tarja Halkonen and Marco Blurström.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Listen throws a leg kick which misses Slice Jr's front leg but catches the back leg as Slice Jr tries to avoid it.
Listen lands a big head kick that sends Slice Jr tumbling to the mat! Listen takes a step backwards and waves Slice Jr back to his feet - he wants the finish!
It looks like Kimbo Slice Jr has been cut.
Jared Listen seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Slice Jr moves into the clinch.
Slice Jr throws a knee to the head but misses.
Slice Jr missing with knees to the body.
Slice Jr pushes off and fires off an elbow that misses, before clinching up again, against the cage.
A right hook to the body lands for Slice Jr.
Listen blocking some punches.
Slice Jr swings wildly with an uppercut but Listen uses good head movement to avoid it.
Listen breaks the clinch.
Horrible takedown attempt by Slice Jr or perhaps it was just good defense by Listen, which made it look bad.
Listen dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Slice Jr. That did some damage!
Slice Jr throws a body punch but Listen moves out of range.
Slice Jr looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Listen is looking to land body kicks.

Slice Jr swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Slice Jr feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Listen's calf.

and Slice Jr holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
Good anti-grappling being displayed by Slice Jr as Listen tries to tie him up.
Listen blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Listen blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Slice Jr lands with a left to the head.
Listen told us before the fight that he's been working on his elbows. An under utilised technique these days - let's see if it can sway the outcome of the fight.
Listen's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Listen throws a hook but Slice Jr blocks it.
Listen throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Slice Jr misses with a left hand
and Listen counters with a body kick that brings a smile to the face of both fighters.
Jared Listen is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Slice Jr drops his hands momentarily and Listen takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.

Listen breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Slice Jr takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Listen throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Slice Jr sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Listen swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Slice Jr lands a nice shot that snaps Listen's head back.
It looks like Jared Listen has been cut.
Slice Jr clinches.
Slice Jr misses with a short punch on the inside.
Slice Jr misses with a shot to the kidneys.
Slice Jr lands a hook that snaps the head of Listen backwards.
A head punch on the inside from Slice Jr fails to land.
Listen is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath.
Come on Slice Jr - let's have some action - none of this stalling nonsense.

Slice Jr jumps guard but Listen stands there with Slice Jr around his waist. Slice Jr gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Slice Jr.
Listen will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Slice Jr up against the cage.
A short right hand to the side of the head by Slice Jr.
Listen blocks an elbow strike from Slice Jr.
Listen breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Listen lands an overhand right.
Listen attempts a low kick but it misses it's target.
Listen tries to work over Slice Jr's front leg with a kick but Slice Jr checks it.
Listen throws a body punch but Slice Jr moves out of range.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Slice Jr gets a clinch.
Slice Jr fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Slice Jr misses with a body punch.
Listen is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Slice Jr is keeping busy.
Slice Jr tries a body shot but Listen blocks it.

Listen prevents a body shot from Slice Jr.
Slice Jr throws a knee to the head but misses.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Listen takes a shot to the head.

Listen has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Jared Listen will probably get the nod.
Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval.

Listen throws a lazy right hand but Slice Jr sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Listen misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Listen slips under a jab.
Slice Jr dips to his left and cracks Listen with an uppercut!
Listen throws a hook but Slice Jr avoids it easily.

Listen closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Slice Jr takes one on the button.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Slice Jr takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.

Sloppy strikes from Listen. Those never looked like landing.
Jared Listen seems to be getting the better of the standup.
Slice Jr bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Listen's head.
Listen throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Slice Jr's head.
Slice Jr is rocked!
Listen closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Oh Slice Jr is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Listen takes a swing at Slice Jr's ribcage but misses.
Listen throws a body punch but Slice Jr moves out of range.

Listen uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Slice Jr.
Listen is really turning it up, unleashing another crisp combination which drops Slice Jr like a ton of bricks! The referee dives in to stop the fight, saving Slice Jr from another fist facial!

Jared Listen decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
