Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Erik Spekter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Darce Wilson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Erik Spekter! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Darce Wilson! The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, and Don Winkell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Spekter rushes Wilson and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Spekter has Wilson pressed against the cage, preventing Wilson from circling away and getting back to striking at range. A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors. Spekter manages to break the clinch.
Spekter closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Wilson's guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup. Spekter wants to stand but Wilson has a closed guard, so he can't escape. Spekter trying to control the position from guard on top but Wilson is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Wilson looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it. Spekter knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Wilson on the ground.
That's one minute gone in the round.
We're going to have a standup here because Erik Spekter wasn't active enough for the referee's liking. Spekter closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Wilson did well to prevent Spekter getting side control. Spekter wants to work for an arm triangle but Wilson is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Spekter is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there. Spekter not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The fighters are battling for position here. Wilson manages to regain full guard. Nice work. Wilson preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Spekter will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Wilson working a defensive guard here.

Wilson pulls Spekter in close to prevent any damage. Wilson manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Wilson trying to control but he's not successful this time. Spekter tries to lock up and control but Wilson gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Wilson tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. Wilson misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.
Wilson unloads with some shots from mount but Spekter bucks and avoids them well.

Wilson prevents Spekter from getting the reversal. Wilson looking for an armbar but decides to keep the dominant position instead. Wilson takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Wilson tries to control but Spekter wriggling away. Wilson might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Spekter haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time. Wilson throwing strikes here but Spekter is writhing around nicely and avoiding any serious damage.
Wilson lands a big shot there that rocks Spekter but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
This has been an exciting period of action! As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Spekter tries to reverse the position but Wilson maintains control. Wilson is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Spekter to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Spekter shrugs it off. Wilson thowing shots but they're missing. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Darce Wilson dominated that round. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!
Wilson is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Spekter's half guard. Wilson is trying to control the action in half guard but Spekter is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. Spekter is trying to control but can't.
Spekter keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Wilson passes to side control. Spekter managing to avoid any damage from the strikes thrown by Wilson.
Wilson thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. Darce Wilson has got the better of the ground game so far. Spekter is looking to regain half guard here but Wilson keeps moving and retains side control.
That's one minute gone in the round. Wilson throws a strike aimed at the side of Spekter's head but Spekter avoids it well. Wilson misses with an attempted head punch from side control. Wilson trying to control the action but Spekter is working from the bottom. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Wilson throws an elbow but Spekter slips to the side and avoids it well. Wilson has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Wilson is looking to take a break and control but Spekter is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Wilson creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Spekter sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike. You can see the frustration on Spekter's face as Wilson controls the position. Wilson throws an elbow but Spekter slips to the side and avoids it well. Spekter parries the strikes from Wilson easily there. Wilson is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Spekter to escape.
Wilson wants to control but Spekter is keeping him busy. Wilson misses with the ground and pound.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Spekter defending against the ground and pound. Wilson slows the pace down. Wilson working the ground and pound but he's contacting the mat, not the fighter. Spekter trying to remain calm as Wilson controls from the top position. Wilson working the ground and pound but Spekter is defending the strikes. Wilson throws an elbow but Spekter slips to the side and avoids it well. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Wilson tries to land with some ground and pound but misses. You can see the frustration on Spekter's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Spekter defending against the ground and pound. Spekter is trying to escape the position but Wilson is controlling the position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Wilson swings around for an armbar but Spekter sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Wilson's guard. Wilson looking to hit a scissor sweep but Spekter is one step ahead there. Wilson is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a triangle but Spekter frees his head nicely. Oh but Wilson has switched to an armbar! Spekter is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!
