The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
St John throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Sarfo tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. St John is in Sarfo's guard.

St John postures up and throws a couple of big shots that have Sarfo in real trouble here! The ref calls for Sarfo to improve his position which he doesn't do, so the referee has no choice but to end the fight due to the strikes!
