Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Jack Kincaid (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sean McCarthy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 2 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Jack Kincaid! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Sean McCarthy! The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, William Gold and Andrew Berry.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! McCarthy fails miserably with a takedown attempt. McCarthy connects with a right hand. Kincaid shakes it off. McCarthy takes one on the button. Kincaid throws a looping overhand right but McCarthy ducks down to avoid it. Kincaid with a body punch. A glancing blow. Decent striking displayed by Kincaid there. McCarthy throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Kincaid's waist but Kincaid gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing McCarthy off to one side. Kincaid throws a body shot but no joy. Kincaid stuffs the takedown. Jack Kincaid has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Sean McCarthy. McCarthy uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Kincaid. Kincaid lands with an uppercut that bounces McCarthy off the ropes and back into range. McCarthy ducks under a wild hook from Kincaid. Kincaid throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent McCarthy stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. McCarthy takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Kincaid thuds a left hand into McCarthy's body.
That's one minute gone in the round. McCarthy throws a left and a right that both miss
and Kincaid counters with a lovely shot to the body. Kincaid lands with a shot to the body. Jack Kincaid is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Kincaid displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from McCarthy. Kincaid stuffs the takedown attempt from McCarthy. McCarthy gets slowly back to his feet. McCarthy is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. McCarthy looks winded! McCarthy closes the distance and clinches up with Kincaid, looking for a takedown. McCarthy pushes Kincaid against the ropes but Kincaid circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Kincaid throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent McCarthy stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly. The fighters circling - Kincaid throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Danga de danga de dang - Kincaid scores with a four punch combination! Kincaid ducks under a wild hook from McCarthy. McCarthy keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
McCarthy shoots in but no luck this time.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Kincaid tests McCarthy's chin there with a solid looking shot. This has been an exciting period of action! McCarthy shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Kincaid defends it nicely. McCarthy misses with a combination
and Kincaid counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt. Kincaid fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and McCarthy has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage. Kincaid fakes high and swings low for a body shot but McCarthy manages to avoid it. A left lands for Kincaid. Kincaid swings and misses with a hook to the body.
McCarthy throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Kincaid's waist but Kincaid gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing McCarthy off to one side. The crowd cheers as Kincaid lands an impressive looking overhand right. McCarthy doesn't seem phased though. McCarthy on the wrong end of a kick to the body.

McCarthy is trying desperately to land a takedown but Kincaid is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for McCarthy. A lazy left from Kincaid finds it's target. Kincaid ducks down and throws a hook to the body but McCarthy moves away. Jab from Kincaid. Kincaid lands a body shot.
Kincaid's corner calls for a 1-2. Kincaid obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range. McCarthy takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
McCarthy is rocked! Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Kincaid misses with a hook. McCarthy ducked under it nicely. It looks like Kincaid has been trying to sharpen up his punching technique, as it looks crisper than last time we saw him. Kincaid misses with a telegraphed body shot
and McCarthy cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Kincaid throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Kincaid connects with a right hand. McCarthy shakes it off. McCarthy throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Kincaid's waist but Kincaid gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing McCarthy off to one side. Kincaid scores with a jab. McCarthy is still on wobbly legs! Can Kincaid finish him?
That's four minutes gone in the round. Kincaid lands with an overhand left. Kincaid connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there. McCarthy seems to have recovered his senses. Sean McCarthy seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Kincaid lands a left and a right that send McCarthy crashing to the mat, dazed. Kincaid thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet! McCarthy avoids the body shot from Kincaid.
McCarthy takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
McCarthy uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Kincaid.
McCarthy shoots in and drives through. Kincaid sprawls well. Kincaid throws a combination. McCarthy tries to block but a couple of punches get through. Kincaid sends McCarthy crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Kincaid is motioning to the referee to let McCarthy up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet! Kincaid just misses with a punch to the body.
McCarthy gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Kincaid drops McCarthy with a big left hand! McCarthy is injured, injured bad! Kincaid jumps in and finished him with strikes! The fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 5:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Jack Kincaid! A relieved looking Jack Kincaid thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it. Sean McCarthy spoke after the fight, saying 'Congratulations to the winner, he was the better fighter on the night. But i promise my fans next time I'll come back stronger.'.
