Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Asher Lee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Odin Raveneye (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Asher Lee has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Asher Lee seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
40 - 30 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Asher Lee! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
16 - 15 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Odin Raveneye! The judges for this bout are Leandro Rodrigues, Matheus Silva and Seu Braga.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Raveneye takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor. Raveneye looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple. Lee has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance. Lee throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

Lee bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut. Lee fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Raveneye manages to avoid it. Lee will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Lee works the jab nicely. Raveneye tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Lee was well out of range. Poor timing from Raveneye. Lee throws a jab when Raveneye was well out of range. Raveneye bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Raveneye moves out of range as Lee strikes. Lee misses with a looping right. Nice uppercut lands for Lee. That snapped Raveneye's head back.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Lee tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

Raveneye was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Lee throws a hook but Raveneye avoids it easily. Raveneye ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Lee throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Raveneye. Lee throws a jab when Raveneye was well out of range. Raveneye avoids a punch combination nicely.

Lee swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Lee throws a right and a left that Raveneye avoids nicely. Lee swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

Lee is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range. Lee throws a series of punches but Raveneye moves out of range. Lee scores with a one two! Raveneye had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes. Lee fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.

A big left from Raveneye misses. Lee takes a swing at Raveneye's ribcage but misses. Raveneye slips a straight right by Lee. Raveneye's jab looks to have found its range, popping Lee under the eye. A slow jab from Lee misses its intended target. Lee ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent. Lee takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away. Lee throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

Nice straight punches there by Lee. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Lee. Lee is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Raveneye can do to turn this around? Lee lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook. Raveneye walks into a left hand. Lee lands with a good body shot. Raveneye gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Lee throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Lee lands a lovely overhand right. Lee is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all. Lee avoids the body shot from Raveneye.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. No joy there for Lee, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
