Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Judson Jacobson! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, John Winner! The judges for this bout are Roosa Järviläinen, Tarja Halkonen and Marco Blurström.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Winner has closed the distance and engaged Jacobson in a clinch.
Jacobson drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Winner gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Jacobson could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Winner is trying to trip Jacobson. He has hold of a leg but Jacobson is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Winner persists though and gets the takedown into guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Jacobson has his hands on Winner's head, controlling the position. Jacobson looking for a triangle here. Winner is fighting it but it looks tight! Jacobson pulls the arm across and this one won't last much longer! Nope, Winner is tapping out - this one is all over!
