Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Malcom Riddle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Michal Elsner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Michal Elsner has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Malcom Riddle's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 5 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Malcom Riddle! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Michal Elsner! The judges for this bout are Sergei Dronov, Igor Prikhodko and Aleksandr Martynov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Riddle shoots in and bounces Elsner off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup. Elsner looking to hit a scissor sweep but Riddle is one step ahead there. Elsner is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Riddle defends well. Elsner throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Riddle escapes and throws Elsner's legs to the side, diving into side control! The ground and pound from Riddle seems to be hitting the mat more than his opponent. Elsner regains half guard. Elsner regains full guard. Nicely done. This has been an exciting period of action! Elsner is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Elsner will have to put a bit more behind his punches if he's going to do any damage from this position.
Elsner wants to sweep here but Riddle controlling him for the moment. Elsner thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage.
That's one minute gone in the round. Elsner is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Riddle defends well. Elsner escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Riddle gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Riddle won't allow Elsner to sweep him here. Elsner striking off his back but it's not causing Riddle any problems. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Riddle wanted to stand there but Elsner had control of the position. Elsner looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Elsner working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Riddle doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Riddle manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Elsner looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Elsner manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Riddle manages to get himself to full guard.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Riddle controlling Elsner's posture. Riddle looking for a sweep. Not yet Riddle, not yet. Riddle has Elsner pulled in close to control his posture. Riddle not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Malcom Riddle wasn't doing enough on the ground. Riddle tries to bum rush Elsner with a series of wild strikes but Elsner uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Riddle instigates a clinch. Riddle pulls Elsner into guard.
Elsner pushes down on Riddle's leg and manages to get into half guard. Riddle is trying is best to control the position here. Riddle wants to improve his position but Elsner is controlling well.
Riddle is working hard here to advance position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Riddle looks like he's trying to stand up.
Riddle trying desperately to get back to his feet here but he's not having any joy at all. He's going to tire himself out if he's not careful. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Riddle is breathing heavily. Elsner is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Riddle sees it coming and defends easily. Elsner not landing any meaningful shots this time. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Riddle keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. Elsner works his way into side control. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Michal Elsner dominated that round. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Riddle shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. Riddle really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Elsner has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Riddle can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Riddle got a little sloppy there for a moment and Elsner has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Riddle has managed to get both his arms back between Elsner's legs - danger averted. Elsner throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
This has been an exciting period of action! Elsner is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Michal Elsner has got the better of the ground game so far. Riddle trying to get back to full guard but Elsner takes advantage of the position and moves to full mount!
That's one minute gone in the round. Elsner is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Riddle can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
Riddle is looking to get to half guard. Elsner wants to finish this one by submission but Riddle is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Elsner. Riddle is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Riddle is really trying hard to get back to his feet.
Riddle is flailing around, obviously not happy about being mounted. Elsner locks hold of one of his arms and spins for an armbar. He's got it! Riddle is forced to tap!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:34 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Michal Elsner!
