Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Glen Trujillo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tom Kong (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Glen Trujillo! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Tom Kong! The judges for this bout are James Atkins, Richard Clark and Daniel Bishop.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Trujillo. Trujillo fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Kong looks to land a body kick but Trujillo moved away. Kong rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Trujillo counters with a big head kick but Kong shrugs it off. Kong swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Trujillo shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Kong is trying to defend but Trujillo finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further. Kong wants to control but Trujillo is keeping busy and won't allow it. Trujillo really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Trujillo stands up from half guard... He's had enough of that ground malarky for the time being. Trujillo throws a head kick but Kong moves out of range.
Trujillo closes this distance looking for a takedown but Kong circles away. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Glen Trujillo. That's going to take a lot out of him. Kong throws the left hand but Trujillo avoids the punch easily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kong comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range. Trujillo has Kong up against the cage in a clinch.

It looks like Glen Trujillo has been cut. Kong escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
A nice inside leg kick there by Kong. That's going to slow Trujillo down. Kong throws a right hand that misses
and Trujillo counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. Kong looking to control.
Kong has momentary wrist control but Trujillo slips an elbow through the middle. Kong is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Kong seems to have lost interest with the ground game and is thinking about standing back up.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Kong stands, ready to strike. The ref makes him back up and allows Trujillo to get to his feet. Trujillo fails in his attempt to clinch. Kong scores with a jab to the body. Tom Kong seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Kong scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Trujillo doesn't seem bothered though. Trujillo is breathing heavily. Kong stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Kong wants it to stay on the feet. Trujillo checks a leg kick. Kong waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Trujillo. Kong throws a head kick but Trujillo moves out of range.
Trujillo moves out of range of the strikes. A head kick misses from Kong. Trujillo tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Kong paws at him with a jab and circles away.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kong throws out a loose jab but Trujillo uses good head movement to avoid it. Kong throws a right hand that misses
and Trujillo counters with a straight right hand. Trujillo looks to land a combination but Kong avoids it well. Trujillo throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Kong's waist but Kong gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Trujillo off to one side. Tom Kong is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Kong fakes a jab and then connects with a hook. Kong throws a series of punches but Trujillo avoids them all with ease. Kong thows a left - swing and a miss! Trujillo avoids a lazy jab quite easily. Trujillo avoids a punch combination nicely.
Kong lands with a nice body punch. Trujillo tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Kong throws a jab but it's blocked by Trujillo.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Trujillo takes a body punch but keeps moving. The fighters circle momentarily. Kong darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch. Kong throws a jab but it's blocked by Trujillo. This has been an exciting period of action! Kong throws a right and a left that both miss. Kong is really struggling to land any decent head shots against his taller opponent. Trujillo shoots in for a takedown but Kong shows good takedown defense. Kong misses with a body kick. Kong connects with a body shot that sends Trujillo's belly button to the back. Kong digs a good body shot into Trujillo's ribs. Trujillo takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it. Trujillo steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Kong. Kong throws a nice outside leg kick. Kong cracks a nice hook into Trujillo's ribs. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Tom Kong dominated that round. The cut man is working on Glen Trujillo's cut. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Kong lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head. Trujillo keeping at a good range here, avoiding a leg kick.
Trujillo shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Kong is trying to defend but Trujillo finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further. Glen Trujillo overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Trujillo wants to work for an arm triangle but Kong is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Kong works his way to full guard. Good work. Kong pulls Trujillo in close to his closed guard and prevents Trujillo from doing any damage or advancing position. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Kong wants to stand up but Trujillo is controlling him. Trujillo decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Kong, up you get!
That's one minute gone in the round. Trujillo takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Kong moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
Kong looks to score with a jab to the body but Trujillo is just out of range. Kong shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down. Kong throws a shot from downtown. Trujillo moves away and avoids it. Kong swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Kong throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Trujillo counters with a one-two to the body. Kong scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one. Trujillo tries to bum rush Kong with a series of wild strikes but Kong uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Kong tests Trujillo's chin there with a solid looking shot. Kong throws a jab when Trujillo was well out of range.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Trujillo moves out of range as Kong strikes. Trujillo shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Kong as he avoids it easily. Kong throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Trujillo stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Kong swings widly with a right hand
and Trujillo counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. Trujillo decides to stand and escape the position. Trujillo tries to score a power double leg takedown but Kong sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Trujillo somewhat. Kong fakes a jab and then connects with a hook. Trujillo on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Kong. Kong obviously looking to wear him down.

Trujillo is rocked!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kong is stalking Trujillo. Trujillo circles to his left. Keeps circling left. Bam! Straight right from Kong, and it's lights out! Trujillo really payed the price for that rookie mistake.
