The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brock throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Hardacre on the side of the head.
Hardacre moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Eddie Brock seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Hardacre misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

and Hardacre counters with a nice low kick that buckles Brock's knee momentarily.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

and Hardacre makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.
Hardacre walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Brock checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.

Brock throws a jab but it's blocked by Hardacre.

Hardacre ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Brock moves away.
Hardacre lands a big head kick that sends Brock tumbling to the mat! Hardacre takes a step backwards and waves Brock back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Brock is rocked!
It looks like Eddie Brock has been cut.

Brock is still on wobbly legs! Can Hardacre finish him?
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Hardacre.
Hardacre knocks out Brock with a massive right hand! The ref tackles Hardacre before he can follow up with any more strikes and that's it everyone. Hardacre picks up the big W with a huge KO!

Damian Hardacre tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
