The judges for this bout are Aleksei Zolotukhin, Fedor Mirinova and Konstantin Menshow.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Medvedev shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Lynch sprawls well. Lynch wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Medvedev gets slowly back to his feet.
Lynch connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Medvedev's hands.
We've been hearing reports that Lynch has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.
Medvedev walks into a left hand.
It looks like Ivan Medvedev has been cut.
Lynch misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Lynch connects with a nice cross there... Medvedev is looking wobbly and Lynch recognises it - he's rushed in and lands two more brutal shots that send Medvedev to the canvas, out cold! A brutal finish to the fight - Lynch jumps onto the cage to celebrate with the crowd!

Brotha Lynch decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
