Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Will Keosy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Shung Wung (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Keosy comes to the cage accompanied by Till I Collapse. Wung comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Can't Believe kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Will Keosy! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Shung Wung! The judges for this bout are Shigeki Fujiwara, Ren Mimura and Yuuki Gou.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Keosy throws a low kick but Wung avoids it. Keosy misses with an uppercut. Wung saw that one coming. Wung looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. Wung really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Keosy. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Keosy trying to control but Wung postures up.
Keosy wants to get back to full guard. Wung trying to pass the guard but Keosy defending well. Keosy is not content to let Wung control the position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Keosy tries to get to full guard but Wung has control of the leg. Wung trying to control the action but Keosy is working from the bottom. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's one minute gone in the round. Keosy blocking the ground and pound attempt from Wung.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Wung tries to clinch but Keosy is having none of it. Keosy with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Wung blocks a low kick nicely. Will Keosy seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Keosy throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.
Keosy decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Keosy trying to mount his opponent but Wung defends it. Keosy is breathing heavily. Keosy is looking to take a break and control but Wung is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Wung can do anything to dispel that myth. Wung is trying to maintain the position but Keosy is very close to passing his half guard. Keosy is tying to control. Wung wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. Wung is looking to control Keosy's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Wung avoid being mounted? Keosy prevents Wung from standing back up.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Wung missing with punches from the bottom.
Keosy controlling the pace.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Wung gets a clinch. Wung should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. Wung landing knees to the body.
Wung breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Keosy throws a leg kick but Wung moved away. Wung throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Keosy. Wung gets a takedown into half guard. Keosy desperately trying to maintain half guard. Wung wants to pass to mount but Keosy is defending the position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Keosy is not content to let Wung control the position. Wung takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Wung is trying to work for a kimura but Keosy is defending well.
Keosy slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work. Keosy working a defensive guard here.
Keosy bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Wung's guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Keosy postures up and lands some nice ground and pound. Keosy scoring with some ground and pound. Wung being controlled here, momentarily. Keosy lands a couple of elbows. Wung trying to keep a closed guard but Keosy is proving a slippery customer.
Keosy passes into half guard. Keosy passes to full mount! Wung is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Keosy working from mount. He moves in close and looks like he might be going for an arm triangle... He's hopped off to the side and he's transitioned into an Anaconda choke. Wung turning a nasty shade of purple. He's refusing to tap but he's gone! He's out! The ref rips Keosy off and cradles Wung's limp body as Keosy celebrates with his corner.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Anaconda Choke). Will Keosy!
