Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Damien OQuinn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Boston Dallas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). OQuinn comes to the cage accompanied by King Gordy - Damian. Dallas has chosen Bo-lieve as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Damien OQuinn! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Boston Dallas! The judges for this bout are Lou da Vinci, Joseph Jones and Franklyn Lucas.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dallas throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
OQuinn keeps the fight on the outside. Dallas throws a jab when OQuinn was well out of range. Boston Dallas seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. OQuinn tries to clinch up but Dallas circles away and keeps his distance. OQuinn doesn't manage to clinch there - Dallas circles away.
Dallas misses with a double jab.
OQuinn throws a head kick but Dallas moves out of range.
Dallas tries to clinch but OQuinn moves out of range. Dallas missing with a left hand there. OQuinn was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Dallas will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
OQuinn instigates a clinch. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. OQuinn stalling the fight.
The crowd are getting pretty annoyed with OQuinn for his constant stalling in the clinch and are voicing their displeasure. Dallas is trying to break the clinch but OQuinn is controlling him. OQuinn tries a knee to the head but Dallas blocks it.

OQuinn gets a warning from the ref for wasting time. OQuinn landing knees to the head.
OQuinn lands a nice knee to the body. OQuinn crunches a lovely knee into Dallas's ribcage. OQuinn lands a knee to the body.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Dallas has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat. Dallas wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
The referee calls for OQuinn to work.

Dallas looks winded! OQuinn unloads a knee to the mid-section. OQuinn keeps control of Dallas as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. OQuinn connects with a nasty looking knee right to Dallas's face.

That's two minutes gone in the round. This has been an exciting period of action! Dallas is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage. Dallas takes a knee to the side of the body. OQuinn avoiding damage.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Dallas is trying to push OQuinn away but OQuinn has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere. OQuinn misses with a knee strike.
OQuinn has Dallas pushed against the cage. The ref breaks the fighters up, due to lack of action by Damien OQuinn. OQuinn with a jab. Dallas takes one to the chin there.
Dallas is rocked! OQuinn gets in close and instigates a clinch. Dallas is still on wobbly legs! Can OQuinn finish him? OQuinn lands a big knee! That's hurt Dallas! Oh, he's all over the place! OQuinn lands another knee that sends Dallas to the floor and the referee steps in to end the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:46 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Damien OQuinn! In his post fight interview, Damien OQuinn started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
