Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Donte Jimenez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Wintana Lone Dog (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lone Dog comes into a darkened arena with his song building. March of The Dog kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Wintana Lone Dog will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Donte Jimenez! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Wintana Lone Dog! The judges for this bout are Matheus Silva, Leandro Rodrigues and Edson Gomes.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jimenez has a takedown stuffed. Jimenez slaps away a takedown attempt from Lone Dog, before circling back to the center of the mat. Jimenez looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Lone Dog is fending him off so far but Jimenez persists. Nope, Lone Dog circles away and we're back to standing. Lone Dog closes the distance and pushes Jimenez back into the cage. Jimenez really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Jimenez swings wildly with an uppercut but Lone Dog uses good head movement to avoid it. A short body shot lands from Jimenez as the two fighters clinch.
Lone Dog lands a hook to the side of the head. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Jimenez manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back. Jimenez has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Lone Dog can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Jimenez is looking for a triangle but Lone Dog pushes his legs off easily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jimenez pushes Lone Dog off and scrambles back to his feet.
Jimenez fails with the takedown and Lone Dog counters with a flying knee. Nice. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Donte Jimenez. That's going to take a lot out of him. Lone Dog clinches with his opponent.
Lone Dog's coach down at Rio Top Team was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Lone Dog's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight. Lone Dog tries to pull guard but Jimenez won't allow it.
Lone Dog presses Jimenez against the cage and delivers a mid-strength body shot. Lone Dog is looking for a takedown. Jimenez tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked. Lone Dog is trying to pull guard but Jimenez has him pressed against the cage. Jimenez pulls guard effortlessly. Jimenez looking for a triangle here. Lone Dog is fighting it but it looks tight! Jimenez pulls the arm across and this one won't last much longer! Nope, Lone Dog is tapping out - this one is all over!
