A fine choice. The Unforgiven is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bane tries for a takedown but Unforgiven circles away easily
and Unforgiven counters with a lovely straight right hand!

Unforgiven appeared to be looking to counter that last move with a leg kick.

Unforgiven definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Unforgiven ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Bane moves away.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Bane looking to break Unforgiven's wrist control so he can sink in the choke. Unforgiven remaining controlled and patient though - he really has to keep calm otherwise Bane will wrap this one up with the rear naked choke!

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Bane feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Unforgiven fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Bane has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

Unforgiven is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
