Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Hong Holden (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brittaney Gipson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Hong Holden! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Brittaney Gipson! The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Gwen Towbar and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Holden fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Gipson looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight! Holden slips under a jab from Gipson. Gipson has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight. Gipson tries to clinch but Holden is having none of it. Gipson changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Holden tries to avoid it but Gipson manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Holden to the ground. Holden escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Holden tries to score a power double leg takedown but Gipson sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Holden somewhat. Holden fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Gipson avoids it really well and circles away. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Hong Holden. That's going to take a lot out of him. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Holden fails with a takedown attempt. And Gipson tries to counter it with a takedown but Holden pushes his down on his head and steps out.
That's one minute gone in the round. Gipson stuffs the takedown. Gipson misses with a head kick.
Holden fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Gipson wants to counter the offense by Holden and move into the clinch position. Holden is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Gipson's half guard. Holden missing with the ground and pound from half guard. Gipson is trying to control but can't.
Holden lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears. Holden lands with a punch from half guard. Holden has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Holden stands up from half guard. A head kick misses from Gipson. Holden throws a quick counter head kick but Gipson was just out of range. Holden darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Holden stands up out of the half guard. Holden really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. This has been an exciting period of action! Holden closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Gipson to the mat! Gipson manages to get full guard. Gipson working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Holden. Holden throws a big right hand that misses. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Holden lands a couple of decent looking shots. Holden will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Holden loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Gipson tries to land a sweep but no joy. Holden content to stall in guard here. Holden stands up over Gipson, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. Holden engaging in some classic timewasting tactics. Holden is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Gipson being controlled here, momentarily.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity. Gipson stuffs the takedown. Holden shoots in for a takedown but Gipson shows good takedown defense. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! A telegraphed takedown attempt from Gipson is defended easily by Holden. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Hong Holden dominated that round. That's time! Back to the action!
Holden tries for a takedown but Gipson sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Holden is trying hard to land a takedown here. Gipson sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Gipson drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Holden defends it well. Gipson throws a series of punches but Holden moves out of range. Holden looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Hong Holden. That's going to take a lot out of him. No luck for Holden with that takedown attempt. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Holden fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Gipson sprawls well initially but Holden persists and gets the takedown into half guard. Holden trying to control the pace. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Holden landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent. Hong Holden overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
That's one minute gone in the round. Holden content to sit in half guard and control for a moment. Gipson taking some punishment here, with Holden in his half guard. Holden working Gipson over with strikes. Holden is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Gipson defends it well. Gipson wants to get back to his feet.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Gipson is trying to control but can't.
Holden wants to lay and pray for a moment but Gipson keeps working. The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up. Holden is controlling the pace.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Holden shoots in and bounces Gipson off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Holden won't allow Gipson to get back to his feet. Holden gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent. Holden fails to land the takedown. Holden fails with a takedown attempt. Holden tries for a takedown but Gipson sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Holden tries to score a power double leg takedown but Gipson sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Holden somewhat. Holden shoots in but Gipson avoids the takedown attempt easily. Gipson tries to clinch but Holden is having none of it. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Holden looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. Holden is trying to control. Gipson wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Hong Holden dominated that second round. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!

Will he get it? Gipson is fending him off so far but Holden persists. Nope, Gipson circles away and we're back to standing. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Holden drives through and clinches with Gipson against the cage.
Both fighters are breathing heavily. Holden looks to throw an elbow but misses. A frustrated look appears on Holden's face as he tries to break the clinch.
That's one minute gone in the round. Holden is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Gipson pulls him back up using the underhooks. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Hong Holden. That's going to take a lot out of him. Holden has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Gipson after a bit of a struggle. Holden throws an elbow that misses.
Gipson manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back. Holden is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Holden stands up over Gipson, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. Gipson is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Holden with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Gipson is looking for a triangle but Holden pushes his legs off easily.
Holden slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. Holden working the ground and pound. Holden cracks Gipson with a big right hand but Gipson just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.
Holden is working Gipson over with some ground and pound from side control. Gipson is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Holden is controlling him well.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Holden decides to stand up, so the ref orders Gipson to his feet. Holden shoots in but no luck this time. No luck for Holden with that takedown attempt. Gipson feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Holden's calf. Holden shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard. Gipson trying to control from the bottom.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Gipson wants to get back to full guard. Holden looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Gipson with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. Gipson wants to get back to full guard. Gipson is defending against the submission attempts here by Holden.
Gipson is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Holden pulls his head out easily.
And that's the end of the fight! Hong Holden showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Holden, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
