The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A head kick misses from Skeptron.
Sousa appears to be looking for a big counter.
Skeptron throws a chopping leg kick but Sousa manages to avoid taking any serious damage.
Sousa misses with a low kick.
Skeptron clinches with his opponent.
Sousa pulls guard.
A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Sousa holds on and takes a little breather.
Sousa has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.
