Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Dean Styles, Columbo Gatti and Lou da Vinci.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Michaels tries to clinch but Gonzalez is having none of it.
Michaels shoots in looking for a takedown. Gonzalez tries to sprawl out of it but Michaels keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Gonzalez manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Gonzalez is looking to clinch but Michaels is avoiding it.
A punch combination from Michaels misses.
Michaels lands a head kick!
It looks like Jesse Gonzalez has been cut.
Gonzalez jabs Michaels right on the nose. Michaels blinks but takes it well.
Michaels wants to clinch up but Gonzalez keeps it at a distance.
Gonzalez works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Gonzalez bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Michaels's head.
A punch lands to the side of Michaels 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Michaels tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Gonzalez swivels and escapes.
Gonzalez looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Michaels is defended easily by Gonzalez.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jeese Michaels. That's going to take a lot out of him.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Gonzalez closes the distance and lands a vicious right hand that drops Michaels! Gonzalez dives in looking to finish! Michaels is still trying to defend himself but he's taking too many shots and the referee has no choice but to stop the fight!
