Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Esteban Mcdaniel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Akito Toyotoku (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Esteban Mcdaniel! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Akito Toyotoku! The judges for this bout are Shigeki Fujiwara, Hirohito Nitta and Ren Mimura.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Toyotoku misses with a body shot.
Toyotoku throws a jab when Mcdaniel was well out of range. Mcdaniel feinted with a counter takedown. A head kick by Toyotoku misses and Mcdaniel counters by moving into the clinch. Mcdaniel breaks the clinch.
Toyotoku throws a sloppy head kick and Mcdaniel moves out of range easily. Toyotoku tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Mcdaniel dives in and grabs Toyotoku's left leg, looking for a takedown. Toyotoku pushes down on Mcdaniel's head and hops out. Toyotoku throws a head kick that misses and Mcdaniel counters with a single leg into guard. Toyotoku didn't expect that. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Toyotoku is controlling Mcdaniel's posture. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Mcdaniel accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Mcdaniel loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
That's one minute gone in the round. Toyotoku is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Mcdaniel is aware though and is defending well. Mcdaniel drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Toyotoku dives on top into guard.
Toyotoku stands up from guard. Let's bang! Toyotoku shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Mcdaniel as he avoids it easily. Akito Toyotoku seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Mcdaniel takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
It looks like Esteban Mcdaniel has been cut. Mcdaniel blocks a head kick by Toyotoku.
Mcdaniel quickly followed up with a counter body kick but doesn't connect. Toyotoku misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Mcdaniel has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Toyotoku.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A lazy body kick from Toyotoku and Mcdaniel counters with a shoot takedown. Toyotoku fights it but they end up in guard. Mcdaniel throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Mcdaniel working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Mcdaniel in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Toyotoku has his foot on Mcdaniel's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Mcdaniel works his way back into a safe position though. Toyotoku is looking to stand up but Mcdaniel isn't so interested in that idea. Mcdaniel in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Toyotoku pushes Mcdaniel off and scrambles back to his feet.
Mcdaniel takes a head kick and shrugs it off.

Mcdaniel is rocked! Toyotoku throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Oh Mcdaniel is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Toyotoku pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Toyotoku connects with a solid leg kick. Toyotoku looks winded! Toyotoku lands a brutal head kick. Mcdaniel looks out on his feet and Toyotoku throws more strikes until the ref is forced to stop the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:20 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Kick and Punches). Akito Toyotoku! An out of breath Akito Toyotoku thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
