And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 13 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Nolan Sackett!
The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Jack Bonds and Don Winkell.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sackett turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Yeah misses the shot to the body.
Nolan Sackett seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Yeah takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Sackett misses with a kick to the body

and Yeah counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Yeah.

Sackett seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.

Yeah throws a shot to the body.
Sackett scores with a jab to the head.


It looks like Oh Yeah has been cut.
Sackett connects with the punch.
Yeah misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Sackett.
Sackett steps in looking to counter with the mid kick but it doesn't connect.
Yeah lands a nice hook to Sackett's body. Sackett takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Sackett lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Sackett moves forwards but Yeah connects with a nice, crisp jab.

Sackett missing with a left hand there. Yeah was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.

and Yeah counters with a shoot takedown. Sackett fights it but they end up in guard.
Sackett is trying to keep Yeah in close.
Sackett bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Yeah's guard.

Sackett throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Yeah works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Yeah has a butterfly guard looking to sweep but Sackett has passed into side control.
Sackett is working Yeah over with some ground and pound from side control.
Sackett tries to land with some ground and pound but misses.
Yeah regains half guard.
Sackett thows a huge punch but Yeah dodges it nicely.

Yeah is staying active underneath Sackett, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
Yeah tries to get to full guard but Sackett has control of the leg.
Sackett missing with the ground and pound from half guard.
Sackett wants to free his trapped foot but Yeah is holding on for dear life with his legs.
Sackett sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Yeah defending well though.
Sackett working over Yeah with some ground and pound. Yeah looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable.
Sackett is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount!
Sackett has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Yeah avoids a low kick by using good footwork.
Yeah is looking to wear down Sackett with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.

Sackett drives through and clinches with Yeah against the cage.
Sackett working aggressively here.
Sackett has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
Yeah jumps guard but Sackett stands there with Yeah around his waist. Yeah gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Sackett stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body.
Yeah lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.
Yeah is working for takedown but Sackett is calmly controlling the position for now.
Yeah trying to control the position but instead, Sackett has worked for underhooks and has pushed Yeah into the cage.
Sackett lands with a left to the head.


Jeez, Oh Yeah's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked.

Yeah tries to score a body lock takedown but Sackett shows good agility there to stay on his feet.

With the fighters clinched against the cage, Sackett creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
