Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Braxton Miller (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kubilai Khan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Braxton Miller!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Kubilai Khan!
The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, James Glass and James Ackerman.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Miller closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Khan's guard.
Miller sitting in guard, not really doing much.
Khan wants to stand and escape but Miller is having none of it.

Miller passes easily into side control. Nice work.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Khan wants to get back to his feet but Miller is dominant here and he's now got Khan's back!

Miller thows a huge left but connects with the canvas and not his opponent.

Miller has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, Khan has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!

Khan has his hands over his head blocking the strikes from Miller.

Miller is looking to finish the fight by rear naked choke. Khan knows exactly what he's got planned though, so he's defending well. Maybe a few strikes would soften Khan for a finish.
Khan really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Miller. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Khan is trying to get back to his feet but Miller has full control of the position and if anything, Khan has just worked his way into a worse spot.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Miller tries to keep control of the position but Khan is staying busy.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Khan throws a low kick but Miller avoids it.

Miller throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Khan tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Miller is in Khan's guard.
Miller controls the pace of the fight for a moment.

Khan can't keep his opponent in guard - Miller advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
Miller wants to control but Khan is keeping him busy.
Khan tries to kick Miller off but Miller keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Khan is refusing to be controlled, as Miller sits in half guard.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.
Khan throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Miller on the side of the head.

Khan throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.


It looks like Braxton Miller has been cut.
Khan throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.
Khan lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Khan.

Miller has closed the distance and engaged Khan in a clinch.
Khan is trying to force a seperation but Miller has the dominant position.

Miller has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Khan is trying to keep an underhook but Miller manages to get the takedown into half guard.

The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.
Khan lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Miller circles away quickly and effectively.
Khan scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Khan lands a front kick.
Khan catches Miller with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Khan will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Khan thuds his right hand into Miller's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Miller on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Khan lands a nice shot to the body.

Kubilai Khan showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The cut man is working on Braxton Miller's cut.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! This is the final round!

Miller is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Khan knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

Miller is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Khan has escaped the position, nice work there.
Miller tries to advance to mount but can't.
Miller passes to full mount! That's big trouble for Khan!
