Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Ryder Eipper (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Richard Wang (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Richard Wang!
The judges for this bout are Winston Howard, Summer Carpenter and Skip Squint.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Eipper thuds his shin into the meat of Wang's side.

Eipper shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
Wang tries to lock up and control but Eipper gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
Wang really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
Wang takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position.
Wang is desperately trying to improve his position but Eipper has a good base and remains in mount.
Eipper trying to control but he's not successful this time.
Eipper punching from mount but Wang doing a good job of avoiding damage.
Wang working to try and regain half guard.
Eipper scoring with some good ground and pound from mount here. Will he manage to finish Wang?
Wang can't escape the position.
Wang is looking to get back to his feet - it's going to be hard from this position.

Eipper wants to finish this one by submission but Wang is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Eipper.
Eipper throwing strikes here but Wang is writhing around nicely and avoiding any serious damage.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Eipper is keen to just control but Wang is a slippery customer.
Eipper trying to mount his opponent but Wang defends it.
Wang has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Eipper is working away from the top position though.
Wang should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Wang is refusing to be controlled, as Eipper sits in half guard.
Wang blocking the ground and pound attempt from Eipper.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.

Wang decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Wang wants to lay and pray for a moment but Eipper keeps working.

Eipper is defending against the submission attempts here by Wang.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Wang thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
Wang prevents Eipper from improving his position.
Eipper trying to get back to full guard but Wang takes advantage of the position and moves to full mount!

Wang lands with a nice looking elbow that stuns Eipper.

Wang is working really hard to secure the rear naked choke. Eipper defends successfully for a significant amount of time. Both fighters are looking very determined.
Eipper knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Wang on the ground.

Wang working for the rear naked choke here. He's got one arm under but Eipper is defending well. A couple of punches soften him up though and Wang has tightened the hold! This one could be all over! It is! Eipper taps out!
