The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Samurai shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Young is trying to defend but Samurai finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
Samurai prevents Young from improving his position.
Samurai is just content to waste time from the top position. Young takes advantage of the situation and regains full guard.
