And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Edson Gomes, Mauricio Rocha and Luis Engracia.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Montana pushes Weffart up against the cage in a clinch.
Weffart throws a punch but it's blocked by Montana.
Montana is struggling to control the position.
Montana tries a body shot but Weffart blocks it.
Montana slowing the pace effectively.
Weffart drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Weffart can't get the takedown.
Weffart is looking to take this one to the mat.
Tonny Montana has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Andrew Weffart.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Montana breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Weffart keeps the fight on the outside.
Montana really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Danga de danga de dang - Weffart scores with a four punch combination!
Montana tries to clinch there but Weffart circles away.
Montana looks to score with a jab to the body but Weffart is just out of range.

Montana moves in looking to clinch but Weffart pushes him off.
Weffart fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.

Weffart closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Weffart lands in his opponent's guard.

Weffart slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
Montana knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Weffart on the ground.
Montana tries to buck Weffart off but Weffart is having none of it.
Weffart sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but Montana is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.

Weffart decides to take the fight back to the feet.
Weffart tries to clinch but Montana moves out of range.
A punch combination from Montana misses.
Montana circles away from the clinch attempt
and Weffart takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

Weffart rushes Montana and presses him up against the cage.

Weffart breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Sloppy strikes from Montana. Those never looked like landing.
Montana moves in looking to clinch but Weffart pushes him off.

Weffart is rocked!
Montana throws a shot to the body.
Weffart is still on wobbly legs! Can Montana finish him?
Weffart looks winded!
Weffart tries to clinch but Montana is having none of it.
I'm just looking down at my notes here and I see that.... oh! Montana has cracked Weffart with a big right, followed by a left! He's out on his feet! Montana lands another huge swinging hook and Weffart tumbles to the canvas! The ref dives in to save Weffart, before Montana can land any more shots!
