Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Glen Hartman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Issei Hyoudou (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Shimada, Yukihiro Yamamoto and Sosuke Kotani.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hyoudou fails with a takedown attempt from distance.

Hyoudou throws a low kick but it's checked well by Hartman.
Hartman lunges at Hyoudou with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Hyoudou's hand.
Hyoudou shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Hartman but Hartman pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Hyoudou tries to close the distance and clinch up but Hartman swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Hyoudou leaves Hartman with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Hyoudou shoots in looking for a takedown. Hartman tries to sprawl out of it but Hyoudou keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Hartman manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Hartman shoots for a double leg takedown but Hyoudou sprawls well. He's pushed Hartman's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

and Hartman counters with a head kick. That will keep Hyoudou thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks!
