Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Adrian Crusoe (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chris Sanders (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chris Sanders has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Adrian Crusoe!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Chris Sanders!
The judges for this bout are George Francis, Stewart Dunkirk and Cecil Peabody.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sanders throws a head kick that Crusoe semi-blocks.
Sanders connects with a body shot.
Sanders is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Crusoe shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Sanders counters with a nice body shot.
Crusoe tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Sanders swivels and escapes.
Sanders keeps Crusoe at a distance using the push kick.
Sanders tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Crusoe swivels and escapes.
Sanders shoots in but no luck this time.
Sanders shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Crusoe but Crusoe pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Adrian Crusoe has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Chris Sanders.

Sanders's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Sanders fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Crusoe has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Crusoe slaps away a takedown attempt from Sanders, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Sanders looks for a takedown but Crusoe sprawls well.
Crusoe shoots in looking for a takedown but Sanders manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Crusoe's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Sanders changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt.

Sanders shoots in but Crusoe avoids the takedown attempt easily.

Sanders fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Sanders looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
It looked like Crusoe wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
Sanders stuffs the takedown attempt from Crusoe. Crusoe gets slowly back to his feet.
Crusoe is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
A nice side step and Sanders releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home.
Crusoe shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.

Sanders breaks the clinch.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Sanders is defended easily by Crusoe.
Sanders is trying hard to land a takedown here. Crusoe sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Crusoe closes the distance and clinches up with Sanders, looking for a takedown. Crusoe pushes Sanders against the cage but Sanders circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Sanders shoots in looking for a takedown. Crusoe tries to sprawl out of it but Sanders keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Crusoe manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
The fight stays on the outside here - Crusoe looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Sanders jumps guard and drags Crusoe to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Crusoe shoots in but doesn't get the takedown

and Sanders counters by clinching up.

Crusoe could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Sanders bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Crusoe's guard.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Crusoe on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Crusoe tries to get out of the position.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Sanders accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Crusoe wants to sweep but no luck.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Sanders shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Crusoe but Crusoe pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Sanders has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
Sanders takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.


It looks like Chris Sanders has been cut.
Crusoe throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Sanders tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Crusoe defends well and Sanders ends up having to push Crusoe into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.

Crusoe tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Sanders just stands there and leans against the cage.

Sanders has his hands on Crusoe's head, controlling the position.
Crusoe knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Sanders on the ground.
Sanders is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Sanders is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Crusoe can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.

Crusoe tries to control Sanders's body but Sanders pushes him off. Crusoe squirms to his side and now Sanders has his back!

Crusoe fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Sanders avoids it really well and circles away.

Sanders pushes Crusoe off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there.
Sanders is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Crusoe rather than just go for the knockout.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Well Sanders has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
