Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Blake Grant (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and hi bye (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters really staring eachother down here, as hi bye enters the cage!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Reed Andrews, Steve Montenegro and Eddie Farnsworth.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
bye tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Grant paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Grant drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Grant lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear bye down.

Grant is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position.
bye pushes Grant away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Grant gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.
