Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Juya Kanachi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Einar Asger (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Sosuke Kotani, Taro Takaoka and Shirou Masuda.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kanachi closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Asger did well to prevent Kanachi getting side control.
Kanachi working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
Asger won't allow Kanachi to pass to mount.

Kanachi will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Kanachi is trying to work for a kimura but Asger is defending well.

Asger is trying to maintain the position but Kanachi is very close to passing his half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Kanachi passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Asger!
Kanachi lands with some vicious ground and pound - can Asger hang on?

Kanachi has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Kanachi wants to finish this one by submission but Asger is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Kanachi.

Asger tries to lock up and control but Kanachi gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

Asger is bucking up trying to escape but Kanachi cracks him with another couple of good strikes.
Kanachi get's back to his feet.
Kanachi feints and as Asger raises his hands in defense, Kanachi changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Kanachi decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.

The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Asger lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Kanachi circles away quickly and effectively.
Kanachi gets a takedown into half guard.
Kanachi maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura. He's locked it up! Asger could be in real trouble here! He's trying to wriggle out but Kanachi has cracked it and Asger is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by Kanachi!
