Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Darrell Andrews (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ted Grant (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Andrews comes to the cage accompanied by Knock You Down. The crowd seem to be enjoying Grant's choice of entrance music: Set A Fire. Ted Grant will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Ted Grant! The judges for this bout are Jeff Smith, Paul Gruel and Ryoma Takatsuka.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Grant stuffs the takedown. Andrews dives in for a single leg takedown but Grant sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage. Despite the aggression on Grant's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter. Grant stuffs the takedown. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Darrell Andrews. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! A head kick misses from Grant. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. Andrews is looking for a kimura. That's one minute gone in the round. Grant fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Andrews on the side of the head. Oh Andrews is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Andrews finds himself stumbling back on wobbly legs after being clipped by a right hand. He's up against the cage, ducking and weaving under Grant's strikes but an uppercut finds it's way through and Andrews falls! - He's completely out of it and the ref jumps in to save him!
