Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Josh Lamb (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Wado Ryu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ryu has chosen kalimba as his entrance music. Josh Lamb has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 5 - 0, fighting out of London, Josh Lamb! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Wado Ryu! The judges for this bout are James Atkins, Phil Schofield and James Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Excellent takedown into side control there by Lamb. Ryu looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight! Lamb thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. Lamb lands a nice forearm strike. Lamb tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Lamb has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Lamb wants to control but Ryu is keeping him busy. Lamb lands some shots froms side control. Lamb trying to control the action but Ryu is working from the bottom. Lamb looks up at the clock and then as Ryu takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Lamb smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
Lamb in side control, just content to control the action for now. Lamb has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Ryu takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.

Lamb wants to lay and pray for a moment but Ryu keeps working. Lamb moving around in side mount but really he's just happy to control for now. Ryu seems to have recovered his senses. Lamb lands a big elbow. Ryu defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Lamb. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Lamb looking to control and managing it successfully. Lamb landing shots from mount. Ryu really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Lamb. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Lamb working Ryu over with strikes here. Ryu felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it. Lamb content just to control the position here. Ryu taking shots to the head. Lamb is controlling this nicely and is looking to make no mistakes. Ryu is trying to wiggle out of this horrible position. Ryu flips to his side and attempts to get a leg in for half guard. Lamb anticipates the leg and manages to get behind Ryu and secures both hooks! This could be bad! Lamb slips an arm under Ryu chin and tries to position for a rear naked choke. Lamb has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. Lamb is squeezing on Ryu like an anaconda would it's prey. Ryu fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!
