Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Angelo Morelli (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Remulus Romus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Angelo Morelli! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Remulus Romus! The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, Sam Margolis and Daniel Bishop.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Romus throws a push kick but Morelli slaps the foot to one side. Morelli ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Romus moves away. Romus lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected. Romus scores with a body shot.
No luck for Morelli with that takedown attempt. Morelli throws the left hand but Romus avoids the punch easily. Romus's corner calls for a 1-2. Romus obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range. Angelo Morelli seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Romus works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance. Morelli waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Romus. A jab from Morelli misses. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Morelli fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Romus avoids it really well and circles away. A combination from Morelli does no damage. Morelli swings and misses with a shot to the body and Romus connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
That's one minute gone in the round. Morelli fails with the takedown. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Angelo Morelli. That's going to take a lot out of him. Morelli uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Romus.
Nice takedown defense from Romus. No joy for Morelli on that attempt. No luck for Morelli with that takedown attempt. Romus looks like he wants to counter punch here. Romus getting the better of the striking in that exchange. Morelli misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Morelli throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Romus counters with a stiff right hand. Morelli swings widly with a right hand
and Romus counters with a head kick that drops Morelli to the mat! Morelli scrambles across the canvas and gets back to his feet, still wobbly!
Morelli is rocked! Romus showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Morelli.
Oh Morelli is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Romus ducks under a wild hook from Morelli. Romus throws out a counter right but Morelli avoids it with no problem. Morelli seems to have got his legs back now. Morelli misses with a left hand and Romus scores with a counter punch that sends Morelli to the canvas! Romus smells blood - he's punishing Morelli with more strikes and the ref has stopped it! Morelli has no idea where he is - he's tackled the ref... oh dear, poor guy, the crowd is in hysterics!
