Long slips under a jab from Cross.
Long lands a big head kick that sends Cross tumbling to the mat! Long takes a step backwards and waves Cross back to his feet - he wants the finish!
It looks like Magnus Cross has been cut.
Cross misses with a combination
and Long counters with a monster head kick that knocks Cross out cold! He topples like fallen a tree, crashing to the mat! Timbeeeeeerrr!

The defeated Magnus Cross had this to say: 'Its good fun sparring with these old guys,(they fight hard) but its always hard to get serious and smash them to a pulp when they wear hearing aids and pads in their tights.'.
