The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, Colin Fotheringham and Richard Clark.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Smith takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.

It looks like Matt Smith has been cut.
Dzeidzic dodges the punch combination from Smith.
Dzeidzic swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
Dzeidzic keeps the fight on the outside.

Smith gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.
Smith tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Dzeidzic just stands there and leans against the ropes.
A frustrated look appears on Smith's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Dzeidzic is trying to break free.
Dzeidzic taking a breather.
Dzeidzic is pressed up against the ropes. Smith has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Dzeidzic down to the mat. Dzeidzic avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Smith has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Smith there as he acknowledges the shot.
Dzeidzic connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Smith's hands.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Smith fails with an attempt to clinch.
Smith takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Smith looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Smith tries to clinch up but Dzeidzic circles away and keeps his distance.

It seemed like Dzeidzic was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.

Dzeidzic lands a big right hand that sends Smith crashing to the mat! Dzeidzic stays standing though and waves Smith back to his feet!
Oh Smith is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Smith tries to clinch but Dzeidzic is having none of it.
Smith walks right into a perfectly timed right hook and goes down hard! He's out cold! The ref cradles Smith limp body while Dzeidzic jumps on to the ropes and waves to the roaring crowd. Wow that was just a brutal knockout!
