Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Elvin Mays (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Angel Face (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Face comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Tyga - Real Deal kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Angel Face has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Elvin Mays's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mays with a lazy takedown attempt
and Face counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Mays thinking.
Face walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Mays checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Face listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut.
Mays is trying hard to land a takedown here. Face sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Face flicks out a counter leg kick but Mays steps away.
The fighters circle momentarily. Face darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Face lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Mays circles away quickly and effectively.
Mays looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Mays fails with the takedown
and Face counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Elvin Mays. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Face connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Mays's hands.
Mays takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
A looping hook to the body misses from Mays. Face does a little dance to reset his feet.
It seemed like Face was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Face's coach down at Fight Club was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Face's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
Face lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Mays misses with an uppercut.
Face throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
Face has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.

and Face counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Face throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Mays misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Face.
Face with a jab.
The fighters circling - Mays throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Face is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range.
Mays throws an off balance right hand
and Face connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Face lands a jab to Mays's midsection.

Face sends Mays crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Face is motioning to the referee to let Mays up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Mays misses with a wild body shot.
Face swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Face connects with a solid leg kick.
