The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Henson takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Henson throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck White on the side of the head.

White displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Henson throws out the jab.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
White stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Henson swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Henson throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! White escapes and throws Henson's legs to the side, diving into side control!
Henson tries to slip a leg under to move to half guard but White presses down on the leg and jumps into full mount!
Henson is looking to improve his position but White isn't that keen on the idea.

In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw White working his ground and pound in the gym. He isn't landing a great percentage of his ground strikes so far though.
Henson is looking to control White's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Henson avoid being mounted?

That was a close round but I would say that Bradley Henson will probably get the nod.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Bradley Henson.

A very excited looking Bradley Henson made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
Danny White was interviewed post fight and said 'No worries. I'm confident this fight will be ruled a 'no-contest' after my opponent here tests positive for drugs.'.
