Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Hugmar Sidwell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bosco O Neill (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). O Neill has chosen Survival as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Hugmar Sidwell! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Bosco O Neill! The judges for this bout are Jorge Garcia, Jonathan Paton and Dean Styles.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sidwell is looking to clinch but O Neill is avoiding it.
O Neill with a body punch. A glancing blow. Sidwell moves into range and lands a nice leg kick. Sidwell staying out of range there. Sidwell with a poor takedown and O Neill makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range. Sidwell moves in looking to clinch but O Neill pushes him off. O Neill with a body punch. A glancing blow. O Neill lands a jab to the nose. O Neill connects with a body shot. Sidwell takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it. Sidwell instigates a clinch. Sidwell working on landing some head shots here - that one got through nicely. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! O Neill breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. O Neill is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Sidwell rather than just go for the knockout. Sidwell throws a nice inside leg kick. Sidwell has closed the distance and engaged O Neill in a clinch.
That's one minute gone in the round. O Neill escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
O Neill throws a shot from downtown. Sidwell moves away and avoids it. Sidwell is trying to close the distance and clinch up, after that failed offence from O Neill. A right-left combo lands from O Neill. Sidwell shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. O Neill fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Sidwell on the side of the head. O Neill lands with an overhand left. Sidwell gets cracked with a nice right hand there by O Neill. Sidwell throws a hook but O Neill blocks it. Sidwell ducks under a wild hook from O Neill. Sidwell throws a leg kick but O Neill checks it. O Neill lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.

Sidwell lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw. O Neill scores with a shot to the body.

Nice jab by O Neill. Sidwell on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere. Sidwell drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles. A decent looking cross lands there for O Neill. Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Sidwell.

Sidwell tries to clinch but O Neill is having none of it. Bosco O Neill is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
That's three minutes gone in the round. O Neill leaves Sidwell with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Hugmar Sidwell. That's going to take a lot out of him. Sidwell throws a low kick but O Neill moves out of range easily. O Neill blocks the body kick.
Sidwell throws out a loose jab but O Neill uses good head movement to avoid it. Sidwell throws a front kick aimed at O Neill's knee but O Neill avoids it well. Sidwell misses with a lunging right hand
and O Neill makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range. O Neill checks a leg kick. Sidwell tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target. Sidwell fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches O Neill on the side of the head. Sidwell misses with a takedown attempt and O Neill counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Sidwell closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Sidwell working the ground and pound but O Neill is defending the strikes.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Sidwell looking to control but instead O Neill has slipped a leg in, to regain half guard. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Sidwell is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, O Neill has managed to free his arm - good work. Sidwell is trying to work for a kimura but O Neill is defending well.
Sidwell is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
Sidwell is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Bosco O Neill dominated that round. That's time! Back to the action!
Sidwell doesn't manage to clinch there - O Neill circles away.
O Neill has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Sidwell uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from O Neill. O Neill scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one. O Neill lands with a shot to the body. Bosco O Neill seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Decent striking displayed by O Neill there. O Neill scores with a nice head shot. A left lands for O Neill. A lazy body kick from Sidwell and O Neill counters with a nice uppercut. O Neill lands with a good body shot. Sidwell has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from O Neill finds it's way round the side to connect with Sidwell's head. A low kick from Sidwell misses enabling O Neill to counter with a crisp jab. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! O Neill ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent. Sidwell doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body. O Neill has been working his punching technique in the buildup to the fight and it appears to be paying off. O Neill misses with a straight right.
That's one minute gone in the round. O Neill throws a good cross that connects.
O Neill checks the leg kick. Sidwell looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? O Neill is fending him off so far but Sidwell persists. Nope, O Neill circles away and we're back to standing. O Neill works the jab nicely. Sidwell wants to clinch but O Neill slips to the side and O Neill counters with a stiff right hand. Sidwell closes the distance but O Neill moves to the side and O Neill counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Sidwell is rocked! O Neill ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent. Sidwell takes one on the chin but seems OK.
O Neill's jab looks to have found its range, popping Sidwell under the eye. O Neill tests Sidwell's chin there with a solid looking shot. Oh Sidwell is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! O Neill is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Sidwell. Sidwell seems to have got his legs back now.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Sidwell tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but O Neill paws at him with a jab and circles away. A little jabbing left from O Neill on the counter but it doesn't find it's target. O Neill lands a slapping body shot.
O Neill throws a right hand that Sidwell ducks under and follows up with a left that Sidwell also avoids with ease. Sidwell drops down looking for a counter takedown but O Neill sprawls and moves away. Some bone on bone action there as O Neill checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one. O Neill swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made. Sidwell shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. O Neill defends it nicely. Sidwell tries a head kick but it misses.

O Neill manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. O Neill looks like he wants to counter punch here. That's three minutes gone in the round. O Neill lands with a shot to the body. O Neill lands a left and a right that send Sidwell crashing to the mat, dazed. O Neill thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
It looks like Hugmar Sidwell has been cut. Sidwell drives through and clinches with O Neill against the cage.
Sidwell misses with a hook from the clinch. O Neill's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button! Sidwell missing with knees to the body.
O Neill breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

O Neill swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Sidwell. Sidwell looks like he's developed a pretty tasty lump over his left eye. He'll need to avoid taking much more damage to that. O Neill lands a nice shot that snaps Sidwell's head back.
The fighters circle momentarily. O Neill darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch. O Neill throws a monster overhand right that drops Sidwell! O Neill follows up with more strikes from mount and the fight is all over!
