Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Andy Hug (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ravi Singh (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Ravi Singh was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Andy Hug! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
14 - 11 - 1, fighting out of Hilo, Ravi Singh! The judges for this bout are Colin Fray, Paul Gruel and Ryoma Takatsuka.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hug scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction. Hug misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Hug falls off balance throwing a combination
and Singh counters with a single leg into guard. Hug didn't expect that. Singh throwing strikes but missing. Singh lands a couple of digs. Singh cracks Hug with a solid left hand. Hug has improved his flexibility recently so we will have to see if he can use that to his advantage. Singh throws a big right hand that misses. Singh has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Singh landing some decent shots from guard. Hug avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Singh controls from within his opponent's guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Singh chips away with some ground and pound. Singh working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound. Singh postures up in Hug's guard and throws a big left but Hug blocks it. Singh showing good wrestling skills to control the position. Singh sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Hug's guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Singh sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Hug defending well though. Hug pushes Singh off looking to stand but Singh dives back in and keeps control.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Singh passes the guard and advances to mount! Singh fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!
Singh looking to finish Hug with some ground and pound. This is bad for Hug! The referee warns Hug that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
Hug is rocked! Singh drops a big elbow. That's hurt Hug! More shots from Singh and the ref steps in! The fight is over!
