Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Kali Parlsh!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jacek Krakowiak!
The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, William Peck and Dillan Fox.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Parlsh gets a clinch.

Parlsh gets a nice trip takedown into half guard.

Parlsh wants to work for an arm triangle but Krakowiak is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Krakowiak blocking the ground and pound attempt from Parlsh.
Krakowiak is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Parlsh scores with a couple of nice shots.
Krakowiak controlling the position for now.
Krakowiak is trying to control but can't.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Parlsh not landing any meaningful shots this time.
Parlsh thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Krakowiak's head.
Parlsh throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.

Parlsh moves nicely into side control.

Parlsh tries for a kimura but Krakowiak is defending well.

Krakowiak is wriggling around trying to escape.
Krakowiak blocking the ground and pound.
Parlsh throwing sloppy strikes here. Perhaps if he tightened up his striking from such a dominant position, he'd be able to finish easier.

Parlsh throws some wild stikes that Krakowiak manages to avoid easily.
Krakowiak is trying to stand up.
Krakowiak tries to reverse the position but Parlsh maintains control.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Krakowiak can do anything to dispel that myth.
Parlsh throwing strikes here but Krakowiak is writhing around nicely and avoiding any serious damage.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Parlsh wants to take Krakowiak's back here but Krakowiak is holding on to an arm, himself looking to escape.
Parlsh trying to control but he's not successful this time.
Parlsh is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Krakowiak is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.

Parlsh is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Krakowiak has managed to escape the submission attempt.

Krakowiak wants to control but Parlsh is having none of it.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Parlsh with some aggressive grappling here. He's looking for submissions here, rather than waiting for the opportunity to counter.
Krakowiak is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
Parlsh throwing sloppy strikes here. Perhaps if he tightened up his striking from such a dominant position, he'd be able to finish easier.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
Krakowiak is desperately trying to improve his position but Parlsh has a good base and remains in mount.
Krakowiak regains half guard.
Parlsh wants to pass the guard but Krakowiak is defending well.
Krakowiak is trying to get back to full guard.

Parlsh is trying to work for a kimura but Krakowiak is defending well.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Krakowiak tries to get to full guard but Parlsh has control of the leg.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Kali Parlsh dominated that round.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.


Krakowiak bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Parlsh's head backwards.
Krakowiak scores with a jab to the jaw.
Parlsh takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Parlsh swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Nice sprawl there from Krakowiak as Parlsh shoots in.
Parlsh drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.


Parlsh is rocked!
Krakowiak weaves into range and cracks Parlsh right on the temple with a beautiful overhand right! Parlsh goes down! He's out cold! Wow, what a beautiful knockout! Krakowiak is strutting round the canvas like a movie star as the camera bulbs flash frantically.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:33 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Jacek Krakowiak!
