0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Tommy Taylor! The judges for this bout are Donald Grub, Richard Clark and Paul Tew.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Taylor clinches. Taylor wants to break free but Hogan has control.

Taylor wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee. Hogan has Taylor pressed against the cage, preventing Taylor from circling away and getting back to striking at range. We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace. Taylor preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Hogan gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Taylor to score an easy takedown into full guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Hogan escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Taylor gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Taylor throws an elbow that misses. Hogan uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Taylor's guard. Nice move by Hogan! Taylor wants to sweep but no luck. Hogan is stalling in the full guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Hogan gets to his feet - Taylor follows without any prompting. Taylor throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Hogan was covering up waiting for the punch and Taylor finishes the takedown easily into guard. Taylor throwing strikes but missing. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Hogan controlling the position. Taylor trying to control the position from guard on top but Hogan is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Taylor fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Hogan looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath. Taylor throws a body shot but no joy. Hogan is looking for a counter combo. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Taylor wanted to stand there but Hogan had control of the position. Hogan keeping moving, preventing Taylor from controlling successfully.

He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Hogan's guard. Hogan has his hands on Taylor's head, controlling the position. Taylor is breathing heavily. Taylor got a little sloppy there for a moment and Hogan has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Taylor has managed to get both his arms back between Hogan's legs - danger averted. Taylor postures up.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Hogan gets a clinch. Taylor manages to pull guard.
Hogan decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Taylor, up you get! Hogan slips a jab from Taylor. Hogan gets a clinch. Hogan avoiding damage.
Taylor wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee. Taylor tries to break free but Hogan pushes him back against the cage.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Taylor lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Hogan or not. Hogan displaying some good clinch control by pressing Taylor up against the cage. Hogan jumps guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Hogan is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Taylor blocking the ground and pound attempt from Hogan. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Hogan takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position. Hogan escapes and gets back to his feet. Taylor throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Hogan counters with a two punch combo. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close second round but Tommy Taylor will probably get the nod - 10:9. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! This is the final round!
Taylor throws out a loose jab but Hogan uses good head movement to avoid it. Hogan uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Taylor.

Hogan controlling the position well. Taylor is just content to waste time from the top position. Hogan takes advantage of the situation and regains full guard. Hogan controls Taylor momentarily but Taylor frees himself. Hogan managing to control the position. Hogan being controlled here, momentarily.

That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Hogan keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Hogan uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Taylor. Hogan tries to counter with a takedown but Taylor is quick to defend against it. Hogan shoots in and bounces Taylor off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. Taylor being controlled here, momentarily. Hogan seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Taylor for as long as he can get away with.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Hogan stands and steps away. Taylor gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game. Taylor decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Taylor takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Taylor controlling the pace. Taylor trying to mount his opponent but Hogan defends it. Taylor is trying to get back to his feet now but his leg is trapped.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Hogan is doing well to control the position and prevent Taylor from advancing to side control. Taylor seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Hogan does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. Taylor might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Hogan haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time. Tommy Taylor is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. Hogan is controlling Taylor's position as best he can from this difficult position.
