Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Andrzej Jablonski!
The judges for this bout are Paul Aken, Albert Achterberg and Daniel Blasius.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Tanner has closed the distance and engaged Jablonski in a clinch.

Jablonski shoots in for a takedown but Tanner shows good takedown defense.
Tanner is looking to clinch but Jablonski is avoiding it.

A frustrated look appears on Tanner's face as he tries to break the clinch.

and Tanner counters with a left and a right that stings Jablonski.

Jablonski wants to counter the offense by Tanner and move into the clinch position.
Jablonski shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Tanner pinned against the cage. Tanner gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Tanner is pressing down on Jablonski's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.

Jablonski wants to pass the guard but Tanner is keeping the position.
Tanner is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
Tanner is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Let's hope that Jablonski has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

That was a close round but I would say that Leo Tanner will probably get the nod.

Jablonski tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away.
Jablonski tries to score a power double leg takedown but Tanner sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Jablonski somewhat.
Tanner tries to clinch up but Jablonski circles away and keeps his distance.
Tanner shoots in looking for a takedown. Jablonski tries to sprawl out of it but Tanner keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Jablonski manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Tanner is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
We've been informed that Jablonski has been working hard on his conditioning in the buildup to the fight.
Tanner tries to clinch but Jablonski moves out of range.

Jablonski shoots in and gets a takedown into Tanner's guard.

Tanner looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Jablonski passes into half guard.
Jablonski is trying to advance to mount but he's lost his balance and Tanner reverses the position - he's now on top in Jablonski's guard.

Tanner wanted to stand there but Jablonski had control of the position.
Tanner is working Jablonski over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Tanner accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Tanner throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Jablonski works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Tanner has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Jablonski is proving hard to escape from.

Andrzej Jablonski showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!



Jablonski shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Jablonski was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Tanner sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard.
Tanner manages to get to full guard.

Tanner is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.


Tanner is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Jablonski sees it coming and defends easily.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Leo Tanner.
I think Tanner has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
