The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Though shoots in and gets a takedown into Drake's guard.
Though working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.

Let's hope that Drake has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
Though trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat.
Though has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Drake lands an uppercut, right on the button! Though tumbles backwards into the cage, staring vacantly into space! He's got no idea where he is, who he is or what day it is... Poor guy.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Benston Drake!
David Though spoke after the fight, saying 'Sorry I didn't knock this guy clean out!'.
