Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between James Kresh (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dean Kane (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kane comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Spiderman kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! James Kresh has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, James Kresh! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Dean Kane! The judges for this bout are Anthony Taglia, Franklyn Lucas and Columbo Gatti.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kane lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Kresh throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Kane's waist but Kane gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Kresh off to one side. Kane connects with the punch. Kane scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one. Nice takedown defense from Kane. No joy for Kresh on that attempt. Kane lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin. Nice uppercut lands for Kane. That snapped Kresh's head back.
Kane lands a lovely overhand right. Kresh takes one to the chin there. Kresh could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Kane connects with a good right hand that stumbles Kresh. Kresh circles away out of range and recomposes himself. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Kane scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Kresh doesn't seem bothered though. Kresh throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Kane's waist but Kane gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Kresh off to one side. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for James Kresh. That's going to take a lot out of him. Kresh takes one to the chin there. Kane fails to land with a series of punches.
Kresh changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit.
That's one minute gone in the round. Decent striking displayed by Kane there. Nice sprawl there from Kane as Kresh shoots in. Kane stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush. Nice shot by Kane. Kresh takes one to the side of the head.
Kane works Kresh's body with a nice hook. Kane works Kresh's body with a nice hook. Kane throws out a powerful jab. Kane wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection. Kane's corner calls for a 1-2. Kane obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Kane bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut. Kane scores with a jab to the jaw.
Kresh is rocked! Kane might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Kresh shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Kane counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Oh Kresh is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Kane drops Kresh with a huge uppercut! Kresh drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes. Kane is raining down punches and the ref stops the fight! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:15 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Dean Kane! During a confident post fight interview, Dean Kane thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
