Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Jose Cronos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Albert Fish (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Cronos comes to the cage accompanied by Sandstorm. Both fighter's entrance songs getting the crowd jumping here.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the bantamweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
22 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jose Cronos! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
24 - 15 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Albert Fish! The judges for this bout are Paul Gruel, Jeff Smith and Micheangelo Fripello.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Cronos dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Fish. That did some damage! Fish closes the distance looking to clinch and Cronos counters with a left to the body. Cronos lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Fish takes a swing at Cronos's ribcage but misses. Cronos has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance. Cronos throws a good cross that connects.
Cronos looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Fish feints the counter takedown. Cronos swinging wildly here.
Good standup being displayed there by Cronos as he connects with a hook. Fish rushes Cronos and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
That's one minute gone in the round. Fish tries to throw a body punch but Cronos avoids it by throwing Fish back against the cage. Fish misses with a punch on the inside.
Fish manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.
Cronos pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Cronos chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Fish can pounce on him.
Cronos looks to throw the jab but Fish is out of range. Cronos takes a body punch but keeps moving. Cronos misses with an attempted mid kick.
Fish thows a left - swing and a miss! Cronos takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Fish throws a low kick but it's checked well by Cronos. Cronos is looking to counter punch.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Fish looks to land a right hand but Cronos moved out of range. Fish is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Cronos. Fish lands with a right hand. Fish lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range. Fish slips a jab from Cronos. Cronos swats away the attempt to clinch by Fish. Fish is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Cronos throws out a leg kick but Fish moves out of range and Cronos only half commits. Fish punishes Cronos's body with a nice straight punch. This has been an exciting period of action! Fish displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Cronos throws out the jab. A chopping leg kick lands by Fish. Cronos avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Fish defending well as Cronos loads up on a big left hand. And Fish tries to counter it with a takedown but Cronos pushes his down on his head and steps out. A jab lands there for Cronos. Cronos throws a jab when Fish was well out of range. Fish swings for the body but Cronos moves out of range.
Fish slips under a jab from Cronos. Fish missing with a left hand there. Cronos was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Cronos misses with a takedown and Fish counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. Fish pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Cronos is keeping the position for now. Cronos is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Fish stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Cronos swivels though and keeps the full guard. Fish pushes down on Cronos's leg and manages to get into half guard. Fish seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Cronos does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. Cronos is pressing down on Fish's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it. Cronos working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Fish. Fish working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Cronos working a defensive guard here.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Albert Fish will probably get the nod. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Cronos digs a good hook to Fish's body.
Cronos tries to score with a low kick but Fish moves his leg out of the way. Cronos lands a jab-cross combination. A left lands for Fish. Fish keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Fish fails to land with a series of punches.
Fish lands with a kick to the ribs.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Fish misses with a series of wild punches.

That's one minute gone in the round. Cronos lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Fish at a distance.
Cronos pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Cronos's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Fish connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Cronos scrambles back to his feet. Cronos misses with a combination
and Fish counters with a nice uppercut. Cronos throws a hook to the side of Fish's head but Fish sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Fish looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it. Cronos scores with a three punch combo!
Fish has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him. Fish shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Cronos as he avoids it easily. Cronos lands a really nice looking cross but Fish seems unphased.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Good work by Fish as he checks the leg kick. Nice shot by Cronos.
Fish is rocked! A head kick misses from Cronos. Fish misses with an uppercut
and Cronos connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Fish is still on wobbly legs! Can Cronos finish him? Fish throws a leg kick which misses Cronos's front leg but catches the back leg as Cronos tries to avoid it. Fish moves out of range of the leg kick from Cronos. Fish seems to have recovered his senses. Fish bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Cronos has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Fish. A jab from Fish misses. Cronos takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily. A low kick from Cronos is predictable there and Fish makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Cronos throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Fish with the counter takedown but Cronos avoids it easily. Fish ducks under a wild hook from Cronos. Cronos throws a head kick that misses. Cronos has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Fish finds it's way round the side to connect with Cronos's head. Fish looks for a takedown but Cronos sprawls well. Cronos is looking to counter punch. A punch lands to the side of Fish 's head but he takes it in his stride. Fish tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Cronos was well out of range. Poor timing from Fish. No joy there for Fish, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Fish lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Fish takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Fish misses with a lunging right hand
and Cronos counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Donk. Fish catches Cronos right on the button with a cross. Fish is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Cronos. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Cronos defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Fish. Jose Cronos has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Albert Fish. Cronos gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there. Fish digs a good hook to Cronos's body.

Fish misses with a takedown attempt and Cronos counters with a lovely straight right hand! Cronos throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Fish defending well as Cronos loads up on a big left hand. Fish changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt. Cronos moves out of range as Fish strikes. Cronos is looking to counter punch. Cronos misses with a wild body shot. Fish moves out of range as Cronos strikes. Fish throws out a counter right but Cronos avoids it with no problem. Fish throws a right and a left that Cronos avoids nicely. Jose Cronos is winning the standup battle so far. Cronos swinging wildly here.

That's one minute gone in the round. Fish gets caught flat footed, as Cronos shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Fish is looking to cinch up a triangle. Cronos throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Fish's body to avoid the submission. Fish has instead reached around Cronos's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Fish arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:27 of round 3, we have a winner by way of Submission (Guillotine). Albert Fish! Albert Fish is the new bantamweight champion! Albert Fish really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that VIRAL COMBAT logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty. In defeat, Jose Cronos stepped up to the mic, saying 'Sorry everyone, the better man won tonight. I'll be back, stronger then ever.'.
