Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Donald Delacruz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Viet Hoang (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Viet Hoang will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 4 - 1, fighting out of St Petersburg, Donald Delacruz!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Viet Hoang!
The judges for this bout are Aleksei Zolotukhin, Viktor Lagutenko and Illya Tyunina.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No luck for Hoang with that takedown attempt.
An attempted straight right counter from Delacruz misses the target.
Hoang fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Hoang dives in for a single leg takedown but Delacruz sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Hoang changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Delacruz tries to avoid it but Hoang manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Delacruz to the ground. Delacruz escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
