The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zumo throws a right hand that Johnson ducks under and follows up with a left that Johnson also avoids with ease.
Johnson is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Zumo scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Zumo misses with a two punch combination.
As Zumo backs off Johnson throws a huge counter combo but Zumo manages to avoid it all.
Johnson throws a lazy uppercut
and Zumo counters with a nice double leg into guard.
Johnson is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
Zumo loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Johnson wants to stand and escape but Zumo is having none of it.
Johnson utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Zumo lands a couple of digs.
Johnson is working actively from the bottom, looking for submissions. He's escaped his hips to the side and he's going for an armbar! Zumo has his hands clasped together but Johnson extends and breaks Zumo's desperate grasp, forcing a tap out due to armbar! Nice BJJ displayed there by Johnson.
