Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Andrew Henry (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Michal Elsner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Andrew Henry ! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 6 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Michal Elsner! The judges for this bout are Vladimir Khabensky, Fedor Mirinova and Viktor Lagutenko.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Elsner takes a kick to the side of the head.
It looks like Michal Elsner has been cut. Henry lands with a slapping head kick. The fight stays on the outside here - Henry looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Henry looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. Henry tries to clinch there but Elsner circles away.
Henry instigates a clinch. Henry lands a nice elbow. Henry goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Henry with the Thai clinch, lands a knee to the head. Kneeeeees! The crowd are calling for knees to the body. Henry obliges. Henry manages to break the clinch.
Henry has Elsner up against the cage in a clinch.
This has been an exciting period of action! Henry breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
That's one minute gone in the round. Henry darts in trying to clinch and Elsner decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Henry 's guard. Henry wants to stand and escape but Elsner is having none of it. Henry can't keep his opponent in guard - Elsner advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Elsner throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Elsner moves into full mount! Henry won't be happy about that! Henry is trying to escape but when you're mounted that's not too easy.
Elsner lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Henry avoids a series of strikes thrown by Elsner.

Henry knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Elsner on the ground. Elsner misses with a head shot. Henry blocking the ground and pound. Elsner has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Henry blocking the ground and pound. Elsner has hold of Henry 's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Henry manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
Henry is trying to get to the cage to help him get back to his feet.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Michal Elsner dominated that round. The cut man is working on Michal Elsner's cut. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Andrew Henry seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Elsner swats away the attempt to clinch by Henry . Elsner changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt. Henry darts in trying to clinch and Elsner counters with a single leg into guard. Henry didn't expect that. Henry is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Elsner with a flurry of punches that miss.
That's one minute gone in the round. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Henry is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Elsner is controlling him. Elsner trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Elsner accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace. Henry wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Elsner manages to pass to side control. Henry blocking the ground and pound attempt from Elsner.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Henry tries to kick Elsner off in order to stand up. Elsner Avoids the leg push though and dives into side control. Sloppy strikes there by Elsner. Henry is trying to buck Elsner off.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity. Henry darts in trying to clinch and Elsner counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for Henry !
That's three minutes gone in the round. Elsner tries for a kimura but Henry is defending well. Henry wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done! Elsner working the ground and pound but Henry is defending the strikes.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Elsner advances nicely into full mount. Henry avoids a series of strikes thrown by Elsner.
Henry is trying to stand up. Elsner throwing shots from mount but they're not landing. Elsner lands a nice shot to the head. Henry 's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up. Michal Elsner has got the better of the ground game so far. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Elsner throwing strikes here but Henry is writhing around nicely and avoiding any serious damage.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Elsner has control of Henry 's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Henry regains control of the situation pretty easily.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Michal Elsner showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The cut man is working on Michal Elsner's cut. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. This is the final round!

The fight moves into the clinch position. Henry is trying to wear down his opponent with knees to the body. Henry gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Elsner.
Henry lands a nice elbow from the clinch. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Henry 's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Henry throws a head kick but Elsner moves out of range.
Elsner feints the counter takedown. Henry tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Elsner manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
That's one minute gone in the round. Henry goes for a high kick. It partially lands. Henry has closed the distance and engaged Elsner in a clinch.
Henry breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Henry lands with a thumping leg kick.
Elsner avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Henry fails with an attempt to clinch.
Elsner is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here. Henry delivers a nice body kick. Henry does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy. Henry tries to clinch and Elsner counters with a nice double leg into side control. Henry won't be happy with that. Henry is looking to get back to his feet here but Elsner is keeping cool and he's managed to take Henry 's back.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Elsner is looking to finish the fight by rear naked choke. Henry knows exactly what he's got planned though, so he's defending well. Maybe a few strikes would soften Henry for a finish. Henry trying to get back to his feet but Elsner is in full control for now. Elsner has his arm under Henry 's chin here. Game over son! Elsner squeezes tightly and Henry is forced to tap out!
