Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Meyer Lansky (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joseph Taylor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lansky comes to the cage accompanied by Stranglehold - Ted Nugent. Joseph Taylor acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
7 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Meyer Lansky! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Joseph Taylor! The judges for this bout are Darius Henderson, Eliza Hachem and Bruno Hogan.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Lansky throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Taylor tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Lansky is in Taylor's guard. Taylor should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. Taylor controls Lansky momentarily but Lansky frees himself. Lansky wants to pass the guard but Taylor is keeping the position. Lansky wants to control from the top but Taylor keeps moving. Taylor is trying to control the position but Lansky postures up. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Lansky tries to free his leg and advance position but Taylor is retaining full guard. Lansky trying to control the position from guard on top but Taylor is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.
That's one minute gone in the round. Lansky misses with a jab, cross combination.
A head kick misses from Lansky. Lansky scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Taylor is staying active underneath Lansky, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Taylor makes his way to full guard, as Lansky worked for a kimura.
Lansky slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. Lansky wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Taylor, who protects the arm well. Lansky controlling the position from side mount.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Taylor is not content to let Lansky control the position. Lansky tries for a kimura but Taylor is defending well. Lansky working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Taylor has found himself in a tricky position here. He's been working his transitions in training so let's see if he can work his way out of it. Taylor stops Lansky from passing to mount. Taylor is trying to improve his position. Taylor wants to control but Lansky postures up. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Lansky looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. You can see the frustration on Taylor's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Meyer Lansky dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Lansky looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Taylor! The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Lansky is trying to get an arm triangle but Taylor is defending well. Lansky is looking to take a break and control but Taylor is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Lansky wants to control for a moment but Taylor uses the opportunity to move back to half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Lansky looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Lansky is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen. Lansky wants to take a breather but Taylor is having none of it. Lansky stalling.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Lansky seems to be working for a kimura but Taylor defends the submission attempt. Taylor controlling the position for now. Lansky wants to free his trapped foot but Taylor is holding on for dear life with his legs. Lansky seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Lansky fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Taylor manages to avoid it. Lansky connects with a high kick. Taylor closes this distance looking for a takedown but Lansky circles away. Lansky shoots in and gets a takedown into Taylor's guard. Lansky passes easily into side control. Nice work. Lansky advances nicely into full mount. Taylor is squirming around, avoiding Lansky's attempts to control the action. Lansky jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Taylor is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Taylor and Lansky has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Taylor tries to buck Lansky off but Lansky is having none of it. Lansky is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Taylor is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. Lansky tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Lansky wants to control but Taylor is keeping him busy. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Meyer Lansky dominated that second round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!
Taylor shoots in and bounces Lansky off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. Lansky is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Taylor can do to turn this around? Lansky is pulling down on Taylor's head to control his posture. Lansky keeping moving, preventing Taylor from controlling successfully. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Lansky working for a triangle but Taylor defends it easily.
Lansky is trying to keep Taylor in close.
That's one minute gone in the round. Taylor sitting in guard doing not very much at all here. Lansky doesn't need a second invitation though! He's locked up a guillotine and he's squeezing tight! That is tiiiiiiiiight! Taylor paying the price for stalling here - he's pushing hard on the arm trying to free himself but it's no use! He's tapped! WOW, quick submission from Lansky - great work!
