Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jax Street (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and David Though (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Though is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Hall Of Fame - The Script feat. will.i.am. Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Jax Street! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 17 - 0, fighting out of London, David Though! The judges for this bout are Andrew Berry, Daniel Bishop and Sam Margolis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Street ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Though moves away. Though fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Street checks it well. Though moves into the clinch successfully.
Street with an attempt at a knee that misses.
Though blocks a body shot from Street. Though has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Street avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch. Though blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning. Though is looking to control Street's arms but Street gets an underhook and turns him. Now Though has his back to the cage. Street is clearly stalling here... Pick up the pace son.
Street working on landing some head shots here - that one got through nicely. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Though tries for a takedown but Street manages to get underhooks.
Though's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button! Street lands on the inside with an uppercut. Street breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Street misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Though.
Jax Street seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
That's one minute gone in the round. Street just misses with a punch to the body.
Street closes the distance and pushes Though back into the cage. Though managing to block the knees to the body from Street.
Street stops a takedown attempt from Though.
Jax Street has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of David Though. Though is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage. Street misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Though.
Though breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Though slips a straight right by Street. Street lands a jab.
It looks like David Though has been cut. A big right from Street misses. Street throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Though misses with a hook. Street ducked under it nicely. A slow jab from Street misses its intended target. Though tries to move into range but Street moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand. Jax Street is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Though is looking to clinch but Street is avoiding it.
Street works the jab nicely.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Though looks to land a body kick but Street moved away. Street closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Though managing to block the knees to the body from Street.
A quick uppercut on the inside from Street. Though wants a takedown.
Street lands an uppercut. Street throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Though blocks it with crossed arms. Street has Though pressed against the cage, preventing Though from circling away and getting back to striking at range. Street scores with a nice hook to the head. A body shot lands from Street.
Street pressing his opponent against the cage. Street gets through Though's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.
Though is rocked! Street breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
The crowd cheers as Street lands an impressive looking overhand right. Though doesn't seem phased though. Though is still on wobbly legs! Can Street finish him?
That's three minutes gone in the round. Street circles away before darting back in with a big straight right hand. It connects beautifully and sends Though tumbling to the canvas! He's out cold! Street wins by KO!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:08 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Jax Street! Jax Street was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed. David Though spoke after the fight, saying 'Sorry I didn't knock this guy clean out!'.
